Dr. Brittany A. Fenwick is a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in trauma assessment, intervention, and criminal psychology. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fielding University in Santa Barbara, California, and completed postdoctoral training at the Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System, Department of Veterans Affairs. Dr. Fenwick also completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and holds a Master’s in Clinical and Community Psychology from Norfolk State University.
Dr. Fenwick specializes in formal psychological assessments related to personality, social/emotional functioning, cognitive abilities, and violence risk. She provides individual, intensive, and group interventions, as well as in-depth psychological assessments. At Optima Forensic, Dr. Fenwick offers child custody evaluations, violence risk assessments, and comprehensive assessments of personality, emotional functioning, and cognitive abilities.
